With over 25 years of coaching experience, I have dedicated my life to coaching gymnastics, competitive cheerleading and tumbling. A former gymnast turned coach, I have guided athletes at all levels—from recreational teams to high school squads and elite all-star groups. With positive leadership, numerous athletes have achieved national championship titles, wins both big and small, a testament to their skill, dedication, and passion for the sport. My unique coaching philosophy is to enhance each athlete's skills while embracing the idea that growth and development occur differently for everyone. This personalized approach has not only built champions but also cultivated a love for the sport and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of their development.

As an Arizona native with over 13 years of cheerleading coaching experience—11 years in all-star cheer and 2 years coaching high school teams—I bring a wealth of expertise, leadership, and a winning mindset to every team I coach. My passion lies in mentoring athletes of all ages and skill levels, guided by a coaching philosophy that emphasizes building confidence and engaging youth at their level. My career highlights include leading teams to victory at National All-Star Cheerleading competitions, driven by a commitment to excellence and inspiring the next generation to reach their full potential. With a master's degree in psychology, I seamlessly integrate an understanding of human behavior with my love for cheerleading, helping athletes achieve their goals both on and off the mat.
